Endurance Ride
60-75 min · Zone 2 aerobic base work. Low intensity, high value. Perfect for building your fitness foundation or active recovery.
Interval Training
45-60 min · Structured high-intensity intervals. VO2 max and threshold work to build power and speed for race season.
Strength & Mobility
45 min · Off-bike functional strength work. Core, glutes, hip flexors — the muscles that make you a stronger, more injury-resistant rider.
