The hookless rim design also makes the wheel lighter and more aerodynamic by creating a smoother tire-to-rim transition. The 454 NSW rolls on Zipp’s premium ZR1 SL hubset with ceramic bearings and 66 points of engagement—now 30 grams lighter than the previous model.
