KNIPEX high leverage boltcutters offer exceptional cutting performance, requiring 60% less effort compared to conventional cutters. The induction hardened cutting edges (approx. 64 HRC) are designed for cutting soft, hard, and piano wire, as well as materials like bolts, nails, and rivets up to 1/4" (6.0 mm) in diameter. The lever action design and micro-structured cutting edges ensure easy cutting of large cross-sections with minimal effort. Additionally, the cutters feature a gripping surface below the joint for gripping and pulling wires with a diameter from 3/64", and are made from chrome vanadium heavy-duty steel that is forged and multi-stage oil-hardened for durability.
