- ✓ Generative design-assisted lower leg arch shape increases torsional stiffness by 20%, while reducing overall material
- ✓ Additional 30mm bushing overlap than the prior model 36, reduces chassis friction, increasing stiffness and boosting performance
- ✓ New compliant FLOAT EVOL air spring design allows for a slight misalignment under load, reducing chassis friction noticeably
- ✓ Lower leg bypass channels were relocated 90° inboard to a lower stress area, reducing dynamic friction under bending forces
- ✓ Double-butted stanchion (on damper side) shaves weight, helping us achieve goal of zero weight increase
- ✓ New air spring top cap for easier air volume adjustments, removable with cassette tool (Sold separately)
- ✓ Redesigned bleeders are sleeker and easier to operate
