Our Story
On that day I went with Ramon Nieves to De Carolis Brothers Cycling in Lawrence, Ma. That decision would change my life for the better. That instance, I knew something drastic in my life was about to shift. I felt it in my bones; this moment would be like the moment I decided to go into the Airforce. Something big was a foot in my life.
Boy was I right. That year I took on biking like a fish in water. The sport absorbed my whole being! I started that year with a 40 inch waste and by the fall of that year I was 32. I felt like a million bucks(in the early ‘80’s). After digging into the sport as a hobby the business aspect of it, intrigued me. I have always been like curious George. When something grabs my attention, I want to learn everything there is to learn about it. The different materials, Geometries and components in the world of cycling. . . . . It became an obsession.
On September 2022 The gentleman that sold me my 1st road bike (Luca De Carolis) was having problems with his business and we entered an understanding. A deal per say, that I would open my own store and I would offer The Decarolis brand and Service and maintain any clients from decarolis brothers moving forward! I am hopeful that all of his clients can move forward with the excellent service we aspire to provide.
Shifting gears! On October 2022 I signed the lease and started renovations on 26 Essex St. Andover Ma. This will mark the start of an amazing adventure! Come with us on this adventure and let’s see what we can accomplish together!
